Own your area.
Build your community.
Be part of something bigger than yourself.
Across the UK, we're building a network of people, businesses and communities determined to create practical change where they live.
We're looking for leaders who know their area, believe they can bring people together and want to build something that lasts.
99 areas. One national movement.
Someone is going to lead your area.
Why shouldn't it be you?
You don't need to solve every problem yourself.
You need to bring the right people together.
Uplift Me provides the platform, national infrastructure, technology, brand and support. You bring the local relationships, energy and ambition.
Together, we build a network capable of making change happen every day.
Tap any area on the map
See its status, its Master Partner and the live opportunity to lead it. 99 areas. One national movement.

And show the rest of the country what your community can achieve.
Someone is going to lead your area. Why shouldn't it be you?
Not a volunteer. Not an ambassador.
The local leader of a national network.
A Master Partner helps develop and manage the Uplift network within their territory. You bring the relationships, the local knowledge and the drive. We bring everything else.

- Foundation infrastructure
- Technology
- Marketplace
- Payment infrastructure
- Partner systems
- Product management
- Reporting
- Impact measurement
- National marketing
- National campaigns
- Central administration
- Data systems
- Customer journeys

- National contract opportunities
You use Uplift Me infrastructure instead of needing to build your own systems.
Someone is going to lead your area. Why shouldn't it be you?
When we win nationally, you win locally.
When Uplift Me wins a national relationship or national contract, qualifying work is routed into the appropriate local territory, where the County Master Partner carries it out.
The kinds of organisations we work with:
- National care-home groups
- Hotel groups
- Restaurant chains
- Pub groups
- Retail chains
- Manufacturers
- Property groups
- Logistics organisations
- National facilities businesses
- Multi-site brands
These organisations regularly have furniture, beds, appliances, equipment, surplus stock, returned or discontinued products, fixtures and other practical goods, alongside community-support requirements. All of it can enter the Uplift Me ecosystem.
A real-world example
A national hotel group replaces furniture at 40 sites. Uplift Me secures the national relationship, then each site is matched by postcode and offered to the relevant local Master Partner. One national door, opened locally 40 times.
"You build the local relationships. Uplift Me opens national doors."
We build one relationship at national level, then distribute the right work and opportunities across the local network. It's a major reason to join the network rather than operating alone.

Think global.
Start right in front of you.
Our ambition is global. But meaningful change always starts locally.
One person.
One family.
One street.
One community.
Help the family in front of you. Strengthen the community around you. Connect those communities across the country. And together, build something capable of reaching the world.
Every global movement begins somewhere.
Uplift Me begins with the people and communities directly in front of us.
Charity starts close to home.
Impact doesn't have to end there.

Build it where you live.
Uplift Me provides the infrastructure and support you need: the national platform, technology, marketplace and systems. Our local leaders bring the relationships, knowledge and energy that make change happen.
Your area. Your community. Your impact.
Be part of something bigger than yourself.
The long-term structure
Local leadership. National infrastructure. Global ambition.
You are building your area's Uplift network.
Not a volunteer rota. A network of businesses, products, people, fundraising, community and measurable impact. Six things, built together, that change a county.
Businesses
Build a network of companies that want to contribute.
Products
Turn unwanted products into useful resources.
People
Bring together volunteers and community leaders.
Fundraising
Mobilise your area behind meaningful campaigns.
Community
Connect the people who can help with those who need it.
Impact
Measure what your community actually achieves.
Do more good.
Without having to build everything yourself.
Creating meaningful community impact takes more than goodwill.
It takes:
- Technology
- Administration
- Payments
- A marketplace
- Reporting
- Marketing
- Systems
- Compliance
- Data
- And people
Uplift Me is building that infrastructure nationally, so our local Master Partners don't have to build it all again.
Why build it all again?
Without Uplift Me
A local organisation may need to:
- Build a website
- Build an online marketplace
- Pay developers
- Create payment systems
- Create product databases
- Employ administration staff
- Manage listings
- Manage orders
- Track donations
- Manage customer enquiries
- Produce impact reports
- Manage partner records
- Build fundraising systems
- Create marketing campaigns
- Manage volunteers
- Create reporting systems
- Manage technology
With Uplift Me
One connected platform.
Shared national infrastructure means more local time, money and resources can be focused on creating impact.
Technology, marketplace, payments, listings, administration and reporting: already built, already running.
Build locally.
Operate as part of something bigger.
Rather than creating a new organisation and infrastructure from scratch, approved Master Partners become part of the wider Uplift Me network.
You gain access to shared technology, national systems, standards, support and a common mission, while bringing the relationships and knowledge that only local people can provide.
Turn unwanted products into useful resources.
One of the biggest challenges with furniture, household goods and other reusable products isn't finding them.
It's what happens next.
- Storage
- Listings
- Customers
- Payments
- Collections
- Deliveries
- Administration
Uplift Me is building one national marketplace where appropriate products can be:
- Donated
- Sold
- Redistributed
- Allocated to community need
This means every area doesn't need to build its own resale operation.
One marketplace.
Thousands of products. Local impact.
Spend less time administering.
More time uplifting.
Our objective is to centralise as much of the operational burden as reasonably possible.
- Product listings
- Orders
- Payments
- Customer records
- Donation records
- Partner onboarding
- Marketplace administration
- Area reporting
- Impact reporting
- National competitions
- Leaderboard calculations
- Marketing tools
- Volunteer records
- Campaign management
- Support requests
- Transaction records
- Data
- Communications
You shouldn't need another office full of people to create local impact.
Not every product is treated the same way.
This is a critical legal and accounting distinction. Every product entering the Uplift Me network has one clearly recorded transaction type.
Route 1: Donate
Donate it.
A person or business donates goods to the appropriate Uplift Me charitable entity. Once legally donated and accepted, ownership transfers to that entity. Uplift Me may then, where appropriate: provide the item directly to someone who needs it, redistribute it through community partners, or sell it to generate funds that support the Foundation's charitable objectives.
Potential business benefit: where qualifying goods are donated to Uplift Me, your business may be able to claim relevant tax relief under current UK rules.
Tax treatment depends on the type of goods, the transaction and the circumstances of the business. Uplift Me does not provide tax advice. Businesses should confirm their position with their accountant or tax adviser. Once an item has been donated, Uplift Me never promises that sale proceeds will be returned to the donor. A donation remains legally and financially separate from any commercial payment to that partner.
Route 2: Sell
Sell it.
A partner sells goods through the Uplift Me marketplace as a commercial transaction. Ownership stays with the seller until the sale completes, and any proceeds are the seller's commercial revenue. Sales are recorded as trading, never as donations.
Commercial opportunity
Partners can use the Uplift Me Marketplace to sell suitable goods to a wider audience, recover value from surplus or excess stock, and create an additional route to market while supporting the wider Uplift Me ecosystem.
How it works
The seller remains the owner of the goods until the transaction is completed. The seller sets or approves the commercial terms, and proceeds remain commercial revenue to the seller. Marketplace sales are recorded clearly as trading activity and remain separate from charitable donations and direct allocations.
Built for transparency
Commercial sales, donated goods and community allocations are tracked separately so businesses have a clear record of how each item has been used.
Route 3: Allocate
Allocate it.
Goods are matched to verified community need and provided directly to the people who need them through the Uplift Me support programme. Allocations are recorded clearly, so support reaches the right households without blurring giving and trading.
Potential business benefit: where qualifying goods are donated to Uplift Me and allocated directly to verified community need, your business may be able to claim relevant tax relief, depending on the goods, the transaction and the circumstances of the business.
Uplift Me does not provide tax advice. Tax treatment depends on the type of goods, the transaction and the circumstances of the business. Businesses should confirm the appropriate treatment with their accountant or tax adviser. Tax relief is never guaranteed.
Donations stay donations.
Sales stay sales. Allocations stay allocations.
How far could your area go?
Every approved donation, partner, product, volunteer activity and successful outcome can contribute to your county's Uplift Impact Score.
Your community competes.
The whole country wins.

Your area is waiting.
We're looking for people and organisations capable of bringing their communities together.
You could be an entrepreneur. A local business owner. A community leader. A professional. A charity leader. A connector. Or simply someone who believes your area could do more.
What matters is your ability to bring people together and make things happen.
